I'm caaling about an invoice. C
(C) Can I speak to Jane Green,please? C
(d) Can I ask who's calling,please? R
(e) can I take a message? R
(f) Can I get back to you on that? R
(g) Can I leave it with you? R
(h) Can I call you back(in a few minutes/an hour)? R
(i) Could you speak up,please? R
(j) Could you say that again? R
(k) Could you spell that(for me),please? R
(l) Could you hold on a momen, please? R
(m) Could you read that back to me? C
(n) Could you tell me when s/he'll be back? C
(o) Could you ask her to call me back? C

2. I think there is polite language in Englishh.

① Business call, making call.handling calls and voicemail.
② Ienjoyed these activities, Because making call is indispensable in business.
③ It is difficult a little for me. Recreating the original voicemails is difficult!
④ I learned Telephone expressions. I'm glad to know better version.

    Yes, there is polite English...but why is "could you" considered polite and "can you" perhaps not? What is happening?
